At Harmony Hypnosis of Austin, certified hypnotist James Hazlerig helps people use their minds to improve their lives: quit smoking, lose weight, banish phobias, manage stress, overcome stage fright and the fear of public speaking, defeat test anxiety, and really start living well.

After all, if you’re lucky enough to live in greater Austin, Texas–Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Westlake, Bastrop, Smithville, Elgin–then you should really enjoy it, don’t you think?

Pine Forest Rain

At the height of the worst drought anyone in central Texas remembers, here is a walk through the rainy pine forests for all my friends in Bastrop County. Special thanks to Dovie Moon for that fantastic close up of the rain on the pine needles: www.doviemoon.etsy.com Music is “Manduetto: Forest Rain” by Vitulari.

Otto’s Vertigo (Spinning) Induction at Harmony Hypnosis of Austin

Jun 23rd, 2009 | Category: Hypnosis Videos

This hypnotic induction, based on loss of equilibrium, was created by Robert F. Otto, president of the IMDHA and a leader in quit smoking hypnosis. It works well for kinesthetic types. For more information, check out Ormond McGill’s Hypnotherapy Encyclopedia. This is my first video as a hypnotist, so I just did the induction instead of worrying about filming any fun phenomena. I filmed it in my old office in Bastrop, Texas, before the fires forced me to relocate my business to Austin.
